7 Things About Me

Accepting this award involves telling 7 things about myself. Since I was just interviewed by Stephanie@So You Think You Can Decorate, I am simply going to direct you over there to see what my favorite room, favorite decor items, style, career and hobbies, favorite food, etc. are. Click here to read the full post: So You Think You Can Decorate: Meet Amy!

A Fun Game with the Beautiful Blogger Award

Lastly, I am supposed to give this award to 15 inspiring bloggers. Since I read approximately 300 inspiring blogs (not kidding...there are just so many fabulous bloggers out there!), I would be hard-pressed to name only 15.

Here's where it gets fun! I want to know who inspired you! Leave a comment below identifying a blogger who inspires you and explain how they inspire you. The first 15 commenters and the blogs they identified will be added to this post as they leave their comments!

Now it's your turn to inspire!
Leave a comment below identifying a blogger
who inspires you and explain how they inspire you.
The first 15 to be listed below.

Here are 15 Beautiful Bloggers and their inspirations...

#1 Ellen@Not Your Momma's Handbag is inspired by Kate@Kate's Picture a Day
Ellen says, "This was a difficult choice, but Kate is writing more than one blog, and using photos in all....she is quite a good photographer, and I am always inspired to pick up my own camera after seeing her work! smiles!"

#2 Amy@All Things Home is inspired by Amy@WhisperWood Cottage
Amy says, "Ok, can I say you? I really am not brown nosing or anything like that, but you really do inspire me. I love reading your blog and seeing all of the beautiful ways you create. Your style is everything I would want mine to be. I love that you love junk and that you know how to use it so beautifully and tastefully. You are always very encouraging in your comments and to a newbie, that is very nice and reassuring. You also have a great name. Blessings, Amy"

#3 Jennie@Cinnaberry Suite is inspired by Chelsea@Room To Inspire
Jennie says, "Her home is beautiful! She can turn anything into FABULOUSNESS! I am inspired by the beauty she sees in thing."

#4 Michelle@Sweet Something Designs is inspired by Amy@WhisperWood Cottage
Michelle says, "OK, I'm going to have to agree with Amy...YOU have SUCH an eye and a way of putting things together in unexpected ways...it just sings! You are very talented and sincere. An excellent combination! P.S. Amazing photographic skills too! Michelle"

#5 Elizabeth@Just Following Jesus is inspired by Sarah@A Beach Cottage.
Elizabeth says, "My dream home is a little cottage by the sea!"

#6 Judi@the1829farmhouse is inspired by Layla@The Lettered Cottage.
Judi says, "She and Kevin inspire me to look beyond the visible and to create an atmosphere of comfort without sacrificing design. I love the relaxed, coastal, cottage decor of their sweet home. I'd love a home like theirs near the beach...maybe someday! But for now, I will use their tutorials, ideas and insight to transform my home. ~judi ;)"

#7 Traci@Three Dogs At Home is inspired by Kim@Twice Remembered
Traci says, "I simply felt uplifted by her post entitled Dear Daisies. It is definitely worth a read. I feel inspired by all the blogs I read, after all that is why I read them but Kim inspired my soul with her insight on why we blog. And her creative ideas and beautiful pictures don't hurt either."

#8 Julienne@mostly older than me is inspired by Leigh@Brabourne Farm.
Julienne says, "because it was Leigh who unknowingly inspired me to start a blog. I thought I would follow her example of beautiful things but surprisingly mine seems to have a mind of its own and is leading me I know quite not where! But.. I am in awe of the amazing creativity that exists out there in Blogland and also the honesty that comes across sometimes reduces me to tears. YOU ARE ALL WINNERS and I salute you!!!"

#9 Stacy@RedDoorHome is inspired by Joni@Cote De Texas.
Stacy says, "Every one of Joni's posts is beautifully written with a bit of humor added and her topics are so well researched. I always feel I come away a little smarter after reading one of her amazing posts. What inspires me most though, is how she took the time to leave a comment on my blog after I had just started out. I don't think she realized the impact that had on me. Here was someone so well known yet she took the time to visit my blog. It was my first introduction (of many) of the kindness and giving nature I have found in blogland."

#10 Ginger@Cottage on Rosewood is inspired by Sarah@A Beach Cottage.
Ginger says, "She has a wonderful way of telling her life story. I would love to meet her in person. She moved half way across the world with her family in tow for a new life. Her house is adorable in all it's beachy white glory. It is one of my absolute favorites."

#11 SueAnn@SueAnn's Journey is inspired by Vanessa@Fanciful Twist.
SueAnn says, "Her photography and her creativity always inspire me. She has a beautiful spirit and heart. Vanessa always takes us on magical journeys! I just love her! Hugs, SueAnn"

LeAnn says, "I am inspired by Kim at Daisy Cottage who embraces vintage and makes it her very own look and just her beautiful spirit. LeAnn"
