Elko Trader's Market...Fun Finds

Bekah taste-tested the funnel cakes. They passed the test with flying colors!

I had the opportunity to spend the day with my favorite junking buddy, Lani@Cottage Elements and her daughter, Rebekah, a couple weekends ago. There are few things that can get us up early, but junking is one of them! We rose with the sun and headed to Elko Trader's Market...south of the Twin Cities. Here are my finds...

This ladder was a great piece at a great price. I had to bring it home!

This "For Rent" sign is an oldie and a goody. It already has a new home. I'll be posting about it soon!

This Planter's jar had me at "yellow."

The best part? The markings on the bottom. This is a 1940 leap year jar. Love stuff like that!

I was mesmerized by this set of 6 white carnival barker canes.
They made such a striking set that I had to have all six.

Of course, I had to fight the dealer for a great price!
Kidding! He was a fabulous guy!!
We also saw some of our other favorite junkers there...
Wish you had been there, too!

Stay tuned to see where these new finds ended up in the cottage. Oh, and I also have more finds to show you!!
