3 Simple Glass Solutions for Bathroom Organization

You know, simple organizational solutions can make even the most mundane objects special. Here at WhisperWood Cottage, I love using clear glass to organize bath objects. It allows me to see what's in the container and allows me to put my favorite vintage pieces to use.
  • SIMPLE SOLUTION 1: Vintage tobacco jar displays cotton balls in the guest bath.
  • SIMPLE SOLUTION 2: An not-so-old bubble bath jar becomes a cotton swab dispenser in the guest bath.
  • SIMPLE SOLUTION 3: Vintage refrigerator jar provides beautiful cotton swab storage in the master bath.

This the best refrigerator jar I've ever found. Many refrigerator jars have the fruit and vegetable design on them, but I adore the plaid pattern on this one. I can use it in any room to hold bit and baubles.

The bonus? A refrigerator jar this size is the perfect size to hold that 500-count pack of cotton swabs!

  1. Love that refrigerator jar to hold your Q-tips! I use a tumbler to hold ours that matches our toothbrush holder.

  2. Pretty ideas, I love using glass jars for storage :)

  3. Any time you don't want any of those glass containers let me know. I love glass containers. Don't think I've ever seen a vintage tobacco jar and the not so old bubble bath jar has a sorta vintagy shape and the frig container, really want it. I'm of the age to easily remember those being used in parents household. Glass containers are the best if you're a frequent changer of things and forget what you put in things.
Thanks to you and alot of other bloggers I made alot of work for myself today by starting to organize my studio. Now this is a very small room that holds my pc desk/l shape monster, a tv and table, my work table and lots of those iris carts wheels plus alot of shelves wherever they could be put to store more of my "stuff". Now that I've started that room I'll have to move on to an even smaller room in which is kept all my sewing "stuff" which includes more shelves and iris carts which we drug all over this country every time we moved. lol At least I'll have alot to keep me busy (besides craft projects I'm working on) for quite awhile. Moving along now. Happy week to you.

  4. My thoughts exactly! simplicity works best for me .What neat touches.
